RESERVATION POLICIES:

We take a small non-refundable deposit when you reserve your tour and the rest is payable 30 days in advance. Please call us if you have any issues.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our deposits are non-refundable but we will refund the rest in full if you give us 7 days notice, otherwise it’s non-refundable.

WEATHER:

If your plane or ferry can’t operate due to the weather, you will be refunded in full. Some tours are weather dependent and you will be refunded should bad weather interfere with your booking.

PICK-UPS AND DROP OFFS:

We can pick you up and drop you off in any location in Stornoway or Tarbert. We will liaise with you directly after you have booked to arrange this.

CHILDREN:

Children ages 5 and over are allowed on our tours. Please let us know in advance and we can arrange an appropriate car seat for them.

FOOD & DRINK:

We don’t include food or drink on our tours unless otherwise stated but we can arrange restaurant bookings and will stop somewhere for a lunch break during the tour.

OTHER COSTS:

Please note that entry fees to sites that we visit are not included in the tour price and these are all payable locally. Most sites accept card but we would advise bringing cash as some of the smaller sites won’t take cards. There are ATMs in Stornoway and Tarbert.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please let us know if you have any medical concerns or issues. Our vehicles are fitted with first aid kits and our drivers are fully insured, but you are ultimately responsible for your own welfare whilst on tour.
